How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days. Express options are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Destinations and rates are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

Fragrances

Are your fragrances authentic?

Every fragrance we sell is sourced directly and is 100% authentic.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat — a cool, dark cupboard is ideal.

How long will a fragrance last on skin?

It varies by concentration. Eau de Parfum typically lasts 6–8 hours; Extrait de Parfum longer still.
