How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days. Express options are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within New Zealand only. International Shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

Due to New Zealand Post’s policy, we are unable to accept perfumes returned by post for online purchases. Therefore, all perfume sales are final.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Every fragrance we sell is sourced directly and is 100% authentic.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat — a cool, dark cupboard is ideal.

How long does a fragrance last?

Fragrance longevity depends on the concentration:

* EDP: 6–10 hours

* EDT: 4–6 hours

* Oils: 8+ hours
